Refund policy

(International Orders)

At WCCUSTOMADE, we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized timepieces. Because every product is made-to-order, our policies are designed to balance clarity, fairness, and protection for both our customers and our brand. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, international orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • However, in the case of a confirmed product defect (e.g., broken LCD screen, missing display characters), customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • WCCUSTOMADE will take full responsibility for verified product defects and will offer either a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy.


2. Return Process

  • Customers must first contact our customer service team via email and provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return address will be provided.

  • Customers must prepay the return shipping cost. If the defect is confirmed upon inspection, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.


3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and confirmed within 2–3 business days.

  • The time required for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider. In most cases, refunds are processed within 7 business days.


4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We will not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Requests based on personal preference (e.g., design, color, style).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or not returned in their original condition and packaging.


5. Unauthorized Returns

  • Products returned without prior approval, or sent as Cash on Delivery (freight collect), will be refused.

  • All shipping and related costs for unauthorized returns will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.


6. Shipping Loss or Damage

  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, WCCUSTOMADE will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

  • Please note that full refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments; replacement is the only resolution provided.

  • If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address or fails to collect the package, WCCUSTOMADE will not issue a refund or replacement.


7. Quality Assurance

  • All international orders undergo double confirmation and quality inspection before shipment to ensure products are free from defects prior to dispatch.


8. Final Rights

  • WCCUSTOMADE reserves the right of final interpretation of this Refund & Return Policy.
