- This depends on the watch model and extent of customization, please email or Whatsapp us for more details
3. How long does shipping take?
- This depends on the watch and level of customization; Hong Kong orders usually take a week while overseas orders would take slightly longer. We are a small shop and all watches are handmade so please understand that we will need time to process each order!
4. Where do you ship?
- We currently only ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US, but we are happy to discuss other options for larger orders

5. What is your return policy?
- Unfortunately, given that every watch is customized and hand-made, we cannot offer free returns. Having said that, we can definitely help inspect your watch should you run into any issues. We also offer every customer 1 picture swap for free throughout the lifetime of your watch
5. I have an upcoming team / company / club event - can I order in bulk?
